[The Hallway] The way it works is that if you are signed in to it and you find an open WiFi network, Plazes will let you give a little description of it, add a Flickr photo associated with the location and leave your name as the person who 'discovered' it. You get points for discovering more locations, which is the motivator for people to go find new networks.
