[ Animated Suspension (Zappotron rode away)] Spam, wireless networks and cheesecake: The spammers have decided that I am a computer geek with a wide streak of sexual perversion and an unfortunate erectile dysfunction (Remarkably accurate except for the last part). Fortunately, I'll be losing this email address fairly soon and shouldn't have to worry about this...Until the next pack of Viagra wielding, Kamasutra peddling businessmen catch up with me.
Provider Desk BLOG: August 2002: The Chronicle of Higher Education has a colloquy on Social Security Numbers and student privacy. Tim Berners-Lee and the W3C are at it again with "Semantic Web", a proposal for more structured and machine-readable Web content; InternetWeek has the goods. The New York Times writes about handwriting, and why this "dying art" is important to the future of Microsoft's Tablet PC (registration required). bb/jjm3/ss
Provider Desk BLOG: "A blog is a web page made up of usually short, frequently updated posts that are arranged chronologically-like a what's new page or a journal. The content and purposes of blogs varies greatly-from links and commentary about other web sites, to news about a company/person/idea, to diaries, photos, poetry, mini-essays, project updates, even fiction."
Sambog Virtual Blog: That is how I described my first few days back to Singapore. The flight experience was not bad even though Alya cried many times. My wife was patient enough to hold Alya on her lap through out the 20 hrs flight. The advantage of having infant with you is that you get into the plane first with the business class travellers.
Sambog Virtual Blog: April 2005 Archives: I have decided to invest on faster and bigger capacity SD card so we can record more MPEG video each time we go out especially when we go back home to Singapoer in May. I checked the entire Internet for good price on SD card and the best I found so far is PriceGrabber.com. I decided to get the SanDisk 1GB Ultra II Secure Digital Card which can store up to 1,000 images on single card with a transfer rate of Transfer Rate: 9 MBytes/sec .
cello...wireless: From now on, all AudioBlogger posts will be on the cello...wireless (podcast) page. Photography will continue to be on the it's own blog (occasionally cross-posted to the main blog in combinations, but the larger image will only be on the photography blog.) Finally, the main blog will be mainly for text (like this) and notices of new photographs or podcasts.
